Hi, I'm unable to use the app on Chrome or Edge. When I initially select KDx, it identifies my ModX6+ (modx midi port 1). I select the keyboard, but after selecting it, the screen goes black and I can't access any controls. In the compatibility test, it's working. Can you help me?

Hi @Unno , I'm sorry to hear that you've been having problems.

The first thing to try is to simply refresh the KDx editor page - sometimes the synth does not respond in time. and the whole thing goes out of sync.

If that doesn't work, try accessing the page without the #,,, in the address bar, so in your case the URL would be:

Please let me know if any of these things resolve the problem, and if so, I'll work to find out why the issue happened in the first place.

- @Unno I think I found the problem, and everything should be fixed now. Would you give it a try for me, please?

Hi, I'm accessing the performance section, but the controls aren't affecting my modx. Images aren't showing in the browser, even now that I can see the controls, some images are blocked. I've already given permission for the page to show images, and nothing has changed.

Could you try again now? I think I have fixed the device logo, which may have fixed the other problems too...

If you open the devices menu top left, does it show the correct ports for your MODX+?

Also, try removing everything after and including the # from the address bar - it looks like it's getting confused by the ports somehow

Are you familiar with Chrome DevTools?

If you right-click on the interface and choose Inspect, then click on the Network tab and hit refresh, you should see a record for `fetch-params.json` in the left column. Please attach screenshots showing both the Payload and the Preview panels

Thanks for that, looks like there is still a logo i need to add, but more importantly, i need to see your payload and preview for fetch-params.json

To get those, open the network tab and hit refresh. Then select fetch-params.json from the list in the left column, then click the payload and preview tabs in the right column and screengrab the contents.
