I just captured a screenshot of the entire UI for an AWM2 part with 8 elements, and it's vast. So. Much. Control!

Yes absolutely - just head to the bottom of the third column of controls, where there is a block labelled PART SETTINGS, and you can set mono/poly mode per-part there.
