Thanks to @Xenophile for pointing out that the critically important Key On Time Delay parameter was missing from AWM2 elements.
I quickly got that sorted, only to realise that I had missed key on controls completely for FM-X and AN-X
Not to worry, they are all implemented and working nicely now.
